Manager Erik ten Hag of Manchester United has so far added three players. From Feyenoord, Brentford, and Ajax, respectively, Tyrell Malacia, Christian Eriksen, and Lisandro Martinez have joined. Denzel Dumfries, Frenkie de Jong, and Antony are further players the Red Devils would like to sign before the transfer market closes on September 1.
The Red Devils have lost players like Edinson Cavani, Paul Pogba, Jesse Lingard, Lee Grant, Juan Mata, and Nemanja Matic in addition to the additions of Malacia, Eriksen, and Martinez.
After insisting that all three players join, Ten Hag is thrilled to have acquired Malacia, Eriksen, and Martinez.
He is keeping an eye on Dumfries, De Jong, and Antony, but he still wants more reinforcements.
Express Sport will now examine the starting lineup that United might use if the trio could be added within the next month.
Defence: Dumfries, Martinez, Maguire, Malacia

If a good offer comes in, United are prepared to let go of right-back Aaron Wan-Bissaka, who has struggled for consistency since moving from Crystal Palace to United in 2019.
And if that's possible, Dumfries might show up.
Recently, there seems to have been a resurgence of interest in the Dutch international, with Italian media speculating that a deal would be reached.
Luke Shaw may lose his spot in the team at left-back to Malacia, who has performed well thus far in preseason.
Raphael Varane and Victor Lindelof would subsequently be forced to sit on the bench as Harry Maguire and Martinez teamed up at the back.
Midfield: De Jong, Eriksen, Fernandes

If United is successful in acquiring De Jong, they will probably use an offensive 4-3-3 formation.
The Dutch international might be used as a defensive midfielder, which would free up the club's attacking players to advance as he cleaned up in the middle of the field.
Eriksen and Bruno Fernandes would presumably be playing further in front of the 25-year-old.
The former Tottenham and Brentford great, who is among the finest in the world at his position, can help this United team with his ingenuity.
United will also be optimistic. After blowing hot and cold last term, Fernandes returns to his best.
Forwards: Antony, Ronaldo, Sancho

Right winger Jadon Sancho has so far made an impression throughout preseason.
However, if Antony shows up, Ten Hag might swap him to the other flank while still praising his former Ajax winger.
For the time being, United has put its interest in Antony on hold, but later in the transfer window, they might make a full-court press for the Brazil international.
Then there is Cristiano Ronaldo up top.
Ten Hag wants to keep the United star, who wants to leave Old Trafford for a Champions League team. Ronaldo's demand is unlikely to be granted by the Red Devils, therefore it seems more likely that he will remain put.
