Celebrations as Chelsea Agree Fee for Another World Class Player

Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel and owner Todd Boehly are considering to bolister their squad ahead of next season by signing top transfer targets who can arguably transform the squad into serious title contenders alongside other EPL rivals like Manchester City and Liverpool.

The Blues have been linked with a number of highly profiled players like Raheem Sterling, Jules Kounde, Skiriniar and Ousmane Dembele.

However according to Fabrizio Romano, the Stamford Bridge heavyweights have reached an agreement with Leeds United over signing Raphinha for £64m.

Raphinha, 24 was as well being targeted by Mikel Arteta's side Arsenal having rejected their first bid.

The Brazilian international is highly considered as a perfect target to sharpen Tuchel's right wing with Kai Havertz expected to take up the central role with Sterling if signed as a left winger.

Meanwhile, Chelsea are open to paying £65m for Slovakian Defender Milan Skiriniar of inter Milan in an attempt to bolister their backline.
