Nzoia Sugar Plans To End Leaving Of Star Players

Kenya Premier League side, Nzoia sugar are planning to revive the club back to its glorious days. The club's chairman Evans Kadenge has requested the technical bench to take the remaining matches seriously so as to avoid relegation.

Nzoia are currently placed 14th on the premier league table with 28 points in 28 matches. Kadenge believes his side is struggling because of star players leaving the club.

“We have struggled a lot for the last four seasons as a result of disorientation due to the exit of star players and we are keen to change that,” said Kadenge as quoted by the star.

He added that the club will create a system that will bind the players to long-term contracts as a method to keep away interested parties.

Nzoia lost their recent match against Sofapaka on Sunday, and will be looking to bounce back when they face Police FC this Saturday.
