Over the year France has had a handful of players who originated from Africa but later changed their nationality. This Chelsea's forward star is also an African descent specifically from Central African Republic which is almost at the center of Africa.
4. Karim Benzema
He was called up for international duty after being sidelined for a few years. The Real Madrid striker has African roots from Algeria.
5. Presnel Kimpembe
The PSG defender is also an African decent from the Democratic Republic of Congo. He is a key member of the French defence.
