Thomas Tuchel is preparing a bid for West Ham and England star Declan Rice. Frank Lampard had made Declan Rice one of his top targets in the transfer market but he was sacked before he could make his dreams come true. After Lampard left Chelsea stories about Rice joining Chelsea disappeared but now the new coach has revived the stories once again. But this time they will have to battle it out with The Red Devils who are prepared to use Jesse Lingard as bait to acquire the services of Declan Rice next season.
Last summer Chelsea failed to sign him because they were not willing to Pay £70 million to West Ham. Now they may have to pay £100 million after another impressive season at West Ham. Declan Rice left Chelsea at the age of 14 and he is now determined to return to Stamford bridge. Chelsea will use his close friend Mason Mount to try and convince him to sign for Chelsea next season.
