Flamengo wins with a flurry of goals.
Flamengo is in first place in Group G with 10 points and an undefeated record, while LDU Quito is hoping to turn around a dismal run of form in order to challenge for second place. The Ecuadorian team has lost its last four games, allowing three goals in each of them. One of those four games was a 3-2 defeat at the hands of Flamengo at home.
They're also not short of goals, as their seven victories have resulted in 19 Flamengo goals. Take that a step further, and you'll see that each of those victories has had over 2.5 goals. Everything points to a high-scoring home victory.
Both teams are going to score.
Our first forecast discussed Flamengo's goal danger, as well as LDU Quito's recent dismal form.
They've been winning games and avoiding defeat with relative easy recently, but they've only kept one clean sheet in their last ten games. In addition to those factors, these two teams met in the Copa Libertadores in 2019 and played each other twice. Both teams scored in both games.
