France is the first team to qualify to the round of last 16 in the world cup competitons that is currently being held in Qatar.This is after their win today against Denmark.

French Striker Kylian Mbappe was on the scoresheet after he scored two goals to help his team beat Denmark who managed to score only one goal which was scored by Barcelona defender Andreas Christensen.

All goals were scored in the second half after a goal less draw in the first half.Mbappe was the one who opened the score sheet before Christensen equalised but the French Striker later added another goal for his team.Mbappe who showed excellent performance has now three goals in the world cup.
France also won their first match which they played against Iran meaning that they sit at the top of their table with six points.They have one match before completing the group stages.
