SWAP Deal Hitting Headlines, Manchester United Latest News, Kante, Pogba, Henderson

With barely two weeks to the opening of the summer transfer window, many deals have kicked off with others nearing completion already. Manchester United and Chelsea are expected to make massive changes to their squad ahead of the new season. Here is the latest update from both Stamford Bridge and Old Trafford.

Manchester United have been linked with a move for Chelsea's midfielder, Ng'olo Kante as several of their players are set to exit. United's hope to sign the Frenchman have re-ignited after Chelsea facing the decision between Kante and Jorginho. The Blues could easily loose Kante over Jorginho since the latter seems a masterpiece for Chelsea. The two still a year left on their contract but United could pay to get Ng'olo under the rebuilding program for Ten Hag (Source, Skysports).

Newcastle United have offered Karl Darlow to Manchester United in exchange for Dean Henderson. This comes after Henderson expressed his desire to leave in search for more time on the pitch. The academy graduate has made only three appearances for United this season with none of them for the league. United have however been reluctant to sell him and could possibly loan him out next season(Source, Skysports). David De Gea has been a major player for United recently and is set to regain his position under their new manager.

Paul Pogba's deal with Juventus seems to be confirmed after his barber's comment on his post. The cheeky reply to his post read "Pogback" which means the Frenchman will head back to Turin where he left six years ago. Pogba's contract expires next month and is expected to leave to Juventus which reportedly has agreed a three year deal worth £30m for him( Source, The Guardian). According to Skysports, Pogba turned down Manchester City's offer after considering a possible backlash from Manchester United fans.
