On December 18th evening, President William Ruto reappeared online and sent a message to his wife, Mama Rachael Ruto, who serves as the first lady.
The UDA principal announced on his official Twitter account that he is rooting for the African squad in the world cup final and wishes Rachael and the kids a good time as they support their team on the opposing side.
Ruto also urged people to pay their bets, causing Kenyans to wonder if they had put bets on which side would win.
