Hello guys welcome to my channel.Jules Kounde a France international footballer and Sevilla centre back, wanted to join Chelsea during the transfer window and even agreed personal terms with the club but Sevilla didn't agreed with Chelsea about the offer that was presented by Chelsea.
Thomas Tuchel,a Chelsea boss wanted to sign Kounde to strengthen his squad against his opponent clubs like Manchester City, Manchester United, Liverpool and Leicester city.
After Sevilla blocking Jules Kounde move to Chelsea even after agreed personal terms with Chelsea,Kounde sends message to Sevila board in indirect way.
"You know the price of everything but the value of nothing."
Sevilla manager Lopetegui on Kounde after the transfer window said that.
"Kounde didn't join Chelsea because our Sevilla board decided it was the right thing to do,based on the value of offers.For me it's positive.he will perform again at top level",he told to Diario de Sevilla.
