Many Chelsea fans are wondering why the number 3 appears on Chelsea's jersey.Chelsea launched their new kit back in 2020.
The number 3 is a Telecommunication and data provision company 3 which was founded on 3 march 2003.The Company operates in Britain,Ireland,Italy, and Sweden. Many football fans don't know the meaning of the 3 on the jersey. The number means Three Mobile Telkom Company and it is the Main sponsor of Chelsea FC.
Chelsea signed a three year deal with the company last year after parting ways with Yokohama.Previously Samsung and Yokohama were Chelsea's official sponsors.
If you are keen enough, you have witnessed major clubs with various logos on their shirts, have you ever witnessed one?.The logos represent companies sponsoring them. However,it does not mean that it is the only sponsor but the official sponsor.
