There is one Manchester United player who has proved he can be better than Salah this season if Ole Gunnar continues to give him more playing time. Salah has been dominating the Premier League since the beginning of this season.
He is currently the top scorer of the EPL after netting 8 goals. The Egyptian is currently considered as one of the best finishers in the world who helped Liverpool end their 30-year EPL title drought back in 2019.
Salah had been struggling during his times at Chelsea who ended up selling him to Roma where he found his feet. Things got even better when he returned to the EPL and joined Liverpool. While at Liverpool, he has managed to win the golden boots once and became second in the top scorer chart two times.
This season, he has continued with his impressive performance by scoring great goals. However Manchester United forward Marcus Rashford has proved he can outshine Salah this season after a returning back from surgery.
Rashford has spent two months out due to the surgery that he underwent after Euro. On his return, he came from the bench to score a wonderful goal in their 4-2 defeat against Leicester City last weekend.
Yesterday, he continued with his great performance after helping his club to make a dramatic comeback in their 3-2 win against Atalanta. In that match, Rashford was the one who opened the scoring and his great skills and pace played a major role for his side to grab all the three points.
He also struck the woodwork and was one of the player who gave Atalanta defenders a tough time. This now means that Rashford top performance in the recent matches has proved he can outshine Salah this season if he's given more playing time.
