Bad News to Former FKF President Nick Mwendwa as High Court Allows Caretaker Committee to Operate

The former Federation of Kenya Football (FKF) president Nick Mwendwa has once once again received a set back in his petition that he had filed in the court of law to bar the Caretaker committee led by Aaron Ringera from operating.

Mwendwa who has been released on cash bond, he has a case to answer following the allegations of misusing the public funds that were set aside to boost the sports docket.

The cabinet secretary of Sports ambassador Amina Mohammed, disbanded the FKF team led by Nick Mwendwa and appointed a caretaker committee to run the sports affairs as Mwendwa's case is pending for hearing and ruling made.

In conclusion, Justice Ongu'di made the ruling yesterday declining to bar the Caretaker committee by Aaron Ringera. Mwendwa was arguing that it is only FKF that is incharge of running the FIFA and CAF football activities in the country. What's your take on this matter, do you support the court ruling against the former FKF boss?
