Chelsea Star Who is Becoming The New 'Frank Lampard' For The Club

Frank Lampard is considered one of the greatest players in Chelsea history after the achievements he brought to Stamford Bridge. The legendary midfielder won everything with Chelsea after being there for 13 seasons.

The Englishman is regarded as one of the best midfielders of his time and among the greatest in Premier League history. He is also the highest-scoring midfielder in ue history and the all-time time scorer for Chelsea.

Despite the trophy success with Chelsea, Lampard ended his spell with the side as their all-time goal scorer with 211 goals across all competitions. He won them every major trophy in football history including a Champions League, UEFA Europa League, and the Premier League three times.

His impact and success will always remain in Chelsea's history books. After Lampard left the Blues in 2014 they have been struggling to get such a good attacking midfielder who can fill the gap left by the English great.

The club seems to have finally had his replacement with English international Mason Mount having a similar playing style to that of Lampard.

He has been making a big impact in matches for Chelsea when he plays in the number 10 role other than a winger or a central midfielder. The 23-year-old playmaker has been one of the best-attacking midfielders in the Premier League.

The playmaker has been doing a good job to help the team win trophies, by scoring goals, creating chances, dominating matches, deciding games for the club, making incredible passes, and scoring long-range goals just like Lampard.

He has very similar qualities to those of the club great which makes him such a remarkable player to watch. If Mount will continue improving and getting the results for Chelsea he can come close to achieving the same legacy as that Lampard.
