Chelsea will be without their star Midfielder when they face Juventus in the UEFA Champions League tomorrow in a clash that is expected to be explosive.
This afternoon however, Thomas Tuchel, will be looking to replace his star man with another player and this might affect the performance of the team that has been exemplary since last season.
Ngolo Kante is said to have tested positive for covid-19 this afternoon and will be unavailable for the next two Chelsea games including the English Premier League tie with Southampton this weekend.
It's unclear how the star could have contracted the disease but Chelsea will now have to replace the star with its cache of players.
Chelsea has been great ever since Thomas Tuchel took over from Frank Lampard last season and they went on to win The Champions League which was a surprise to many.
Ngolo Kante has been instrumental in the success of the team given how great he has been playing ever since he joined the London club.
