There have been rumors in recent days concerning Arsenal striker and captain Pierre Emerick Aubameyang.The gossip from various quarters has been that the La Liga side were looking at Aubameyang as a possible replacement for Lionel Messi who moved to PSG.
However according to journalist Fabrizio Romano, there is no deal currently between the two clubs.The deal was said to have Philippe Coutinho but seminglyits not there anymore.

It is speculated that the Gabonese doesn't see eye to eye with Mikel Arteta.Arsenal are currently in need of midfield options alongside youngster Emile Smith Rowe. There have been rumors on Maddison and Odegaard but none has materiaized yet.
