Today was the day that Cameroon hosted Serbia at Al Janoub Stadium in Qatar. The two nations were placed in the group G of the world cup groups.
Following their last worst performances, both teams needed to emerge the winners so as to secure a better place in the standings.
Cameroon got the lead during the first half after Castelleto scored an opener In the 29th minute but this was ruined by the Serbians when they scored a brace in the added time of the first half.
Vincent Aboubakar was brought in in the second half and changed the tone of the game as he played very beautifully creating many chances in the match.
Aboubakar managed to score a very skillful goal after beating a Serbian defender. The Indomitable Lions managed to find the back of the net in the 63th and 66th minutes and the goals being scored by Aboubakar and Choupo-moting respectively.
This made the two sides to draw their levels in the match.
Currently Cameron is placed at position three in the table.I would really love it if Cameroon can hold Brazil in their upcoming match
