What Kenyans Said on the Harambee Stars Squad for the 2022 World Cup Qualifiers

Ghost Mulee announced the provisional squad or the upcoming World Cup qualifiers against Uganda and Rwanda. The following are the players who were called to camp, the goalkeepers are Ian Otieno, James Saruni, Joseph Okoth, Brian Bwire and Brandon Obiero. The defenders are, Joseph Okumu, Eric Ouma, Eugene Asike, Nashon Alembi, Harun Shakava, Andrew Juma Siraji Siraj Mohammed, and Clyde Senaji, rank Odhiambo, Bolton Omwenga, Daniel Sakari and Baraka Badi.

The midfielders are Richard Odada, Duke Abuya, Duncan Otieno, Lawrence Juma, Kenneth Muguna, Kevin Kimani, and Enock momanyi, Jackson Macharia, Eric Johanna, Boniface Muchiri and Abdalla Hassan. The forward players are Michael Olunga, Masud Juma, Clifton Miheso, Eric Kapaito, Elvis Rupia,Samuel Onyango and Benson Omalla.

Many Kenyans rushed online in order to comment on the squad. They said that they do not understand why some key players were left out like Victor Wanyama, Joash Onyango Brian Mandela and Clarke Oduor. They added that these are players with a lot of skills and they should have been included in the team.

Other people also said that the pool is an easy one and if the players do their best, then they can make it to the world Cup finals in Qatar. They added that it is on Mali which can be considered as a tough team in that group. They also wished Harambee Stars all the best.
