The English Premier League is one of the most followed leagues in the world with millions of followers.Over the past weekend, the 2021-22 season finally came to an end in an entertaining matchday 38 which saw Manchester City secure an important 3-2 win over Aston Villa to be crowned EPL champions for the sixth time in their history.
Alongside the prestigious EPL trophy, Manchester City also received a cash prize.Current reports indicate that Manchester City received a whooping £44 million for clinching the EPL title.When converted to Kenyan Shillings, the cash prize is approximately Ksh 6,434,560,000.
On the other hand, Liverpool finished as runners up after a one point difference with the champions.The cash award received by Liverpool FC was £41.8 million which is approximately Ksh 6,112,832,000.
