With barely a month to the start of the Qatar Stars League 2022-23 season, Michael Olunga's club Al Duhail have been in Austria for some days now where they have been on their preseason preparations. After netting the equalizer in Al Duhail's 1-1 draw with Romanian side CS U Craiova on Wednesday July 6, Olunga was on the scoresheet for the second consecutive time as he scored a hat-trick to assure his side of a 6-1 victory over Austrian side SC Imst 1933 in a friendly match.
This is a great gesture from Olunga who will be looking forward to defending his Qatar Stars League golden boot award after clinching it over the 2021-22 season.Olunga who played in the first 70 minutes of the match will be hopeful of the same form as Al Duhail battle it out with Greek side Panathinaikos and Germany Bundesliga side Augsburg in July 14 and 17 respectively in other set of friendly matches.
Do you think that Olunga will be able to defend his QSL golden boot award with his current form? Feel free to share your views on the comment section and remember to share and follow for more news.
