Ed Woodward has been in that position since 2012, when David Gill left as Cheif Executive in summer 2013 he was added more powers.
Edwin Vander Sar could be his replacement,at moment he is Cheif Executive at Ajax in Nethalands, Vander Sar , 50 years old completed his master in sports and brand management once his playing days ended.
Responding to the question , Ole Gunner Solskjaer said that,"it's important we employ the right man - we can't employ on sentment but to have Manchester United best interest at heart, that is one of criteria of course. But I'm not the one who writes the job description so-of course my job is to take care of results but whoever comes,I'm hopeful I can have a good working relationship with and I can promote results."
