SPAIN VS POLAND.
Spain started EURO with a surprising 0-0 draw against Sweden at Estadio de la Cartuja in Seville. According to the stats, the home side had 75% ball possession and 17 shots on the opponents' goal, but they failed to find the net. The Swedish hero of the game was Robin Olsen, goalkeeper, who was brilliant in few situations.
Poland started the championship with a 2-1 loss in Sankt Petersburg against Slovakia. In the 18th minute, Stefan Tarkovic's squad had a lead when Wojciech Szczesny scored an own goal. One minute in the second half, Karol Linetty scored an equalizer for Poland. In the 62nd minute, things went from bad to worse for the Polish side when Grzegorz Krychowiak received the second yellow card. Seven minutes later, Milan Skriniar scored the game-winning goal, so the Slovaks recorded an important victory.
Both teams disappointed their fans in the opening round, but Spain still should be a much better team, so I expect them to win and cover AH -1.5 spread against Poland. Therefore, my correct score prediction is a 2-0 win for the Spanish side.
Prediction:Spain to win.
