Kenyan striker Jesse Were scored once for his side Kansanshi Dynamos against Konkola Blades in Zambia. The match ended 2.0 in favour of Kansanshi Dynamos. Were has been outstanding for his new club since leaving Zesco United some months ago. The 35year old experienced star has continued with his fine form despite his age. Were left Tusker FC for Zambia after winning the golden boot award in Kenya and has continued to amaze in Zambia six years down the line.
He is one of the most successful players in the country. His only setback is in the national team Harambee Stars. Were had a torrid time scoring once during his time. However, the striker has had the best time in Zambia. He is the old time top scorer for Zesco United and will remain in their history after his retirement. We wish him all the best ahead
