Chelsea met West Ham United in another game of the English Premier League. The two Managers named very strong squads for the encounter. The Blues went in front after Thiago Silva scored the opening goal. He was given the assist by Mason Mount. The home team got a penalty and Manuel Lanzini converted it.
Hakim Ziyech then gave Mason Mount another good pass and the England international player scored the second goal for his club. The first half ended 2-1 in favor of Chelsea. The second half started on a high note and Jarrod Bowen equalized for West Ham United.
Michail Antonio then gave Arthur Masuaku a good pass and he scored after the ball was deflected. This gave the club the lead and the players held on to that win until the end of the first half. The game ended 3-2 in favor of West Ham and the club got all the three points.
