Mikel Arteta has managed to make a huge turn around of Arsenal football club after a very poor start this season. Several top players have improved their form which has cost the playing time for some star players.
According to Sky Sports news reports, Arsenal's board offered 22 years old Eddie Nkeitah a new contract extension offer which he decided to reject.
The reports claim that Eddie Nkeitah is ambitious of pushing for a move away from the Emirates stadium as he wants to play more regular than what Mikel Arteta offers him currently.
"Eddie Nketiah has indeed rejected Arsenal’s latest contract offer.
#AFC offered 22-year-old an extension to his existing deal on Tuesday, only for him to turn it down on Wednesday." The reports stated.
Several clubs in England and abroad have shown interest in Nkeitah who might leave on a free transfer at the end of the season.
Will Mikel Arteta regret losing Nkeitah for free?
