After airing live the much contested fixture between defending champions Algeria and Equatorial Guinea in a match which saw Algeria loss by a goal, K24 TV is set to continue with live matches today as they have lined up one live match today on Monday January 17, 2022.
Through their social media platforms, K24 TV has confirmed that they will be airing live the match between host Cameroon and Cape Verde.The match will kick off at exactly 7.00pm E.A.T and it will be played in Stade Omnisport Olembe Stadium.
Cameroon will be coming into this match after two consecutive wins against Ethiopia and Burkina Faso in their first two matches of the tournament.They will be looking forward to increasing their group A lead to nine points by winning the match.
Under coach Bubista, Cape Verde on the other hand currently settle in the third position of group A with 3 points.This is after a 1-0 loss to Burkina Faso which was later redeemed by a 1-0 win over Ethiopia.A win in this match will ensure that they secure a direct spot into the tournament's next round which is the round of 16.
In their last four meetings which comes from way back in 2008, Cameroon has two wins while Cape Verde has one win with the fourth one being a draw?
