Barcelona Replace Real Madrid At The Top Of La Liga Table After 2-0 Victory Over Almeria

Barcelona thrashed Almeria 2-0 at Camp Nou in an emotional fixture to claim all the 3 points and a clean sheet in Gerard Pique farewell match. Osasuna saw off Celta De Vigo 2-1 at home to climb up to position 4 in the La Liga table with 23 points while Vigo dropped to position 17 with 11 points. Real Valladolid won 2-1 against Elche to climb up to position 10 in the La Liga table with 17 points while Elche are 20th with 4 points.
