Manchester United Outshines Brighton Once Again

Brighton proved to be a hard but to crack when they faced Manchester United at Old Trafford on Sunday night. The visitors opened the scoring just after 13 minutes. The only goal for the Seagulls was scored by former academy graduate Danny Welbeck. Welbeck has now scored 3 goals against his former club since 2014 when he left the club to join Arsenal. He has two goals with Arsenal and now one with his current club Brighton.

With the visitors going to the break with a lead meant that united had to work extra hard to equalize. Their efforts were rewarded when Bruno Fernandes release Marcos Rashford who shot the ball past the goalkeeper to restore hopes for united.

Bruno again was involved in the second goal, he picked Paul Pogba from inside the box. Pogba struck the ball in ground and it bounced up nicely for mason greenwood who scored with a diving header.
