Big Blow As Yet Another Foreign Based Kenyan Footballer Parts Ways With His Club

Barely a day after Erick Johanna's departure from Swedish second tier league club Joenkoping Sodra, his Kenyan counterpart has joined him.Elvis Rupia has parted ways with his Saudi club Bisha FC which plays in the countries second tier league after a four months stint.

Rupia joined Bisha FC in September 2021 from AFC Leopards and went on to score severally in his more than 15 appearances with the club.The reason for Rupia's departure is still undefined but he might be set for a comeback into the FKF Premier League soon.

It was not the first time Rupia was playing professional football outside Kenya as back in 2019 he had a short stint with Zambian Super League club Power Dynamos who got him from Kenyan outfits Nzoia Sugar.Rupia later returned back home to join Wazito FC and later AFC Leopards.

The 26 years old Centre forward can also play as a right winger.He debuted for the Kenya national team Harambee Stars in March 2021 after a call up from former stars coach Jacob Ghost Mulee.Where do you think will be Rupia's next destination?
