Los Blancos will be at home against Villarreal as Zinedine Zidane will be aiming to capture his third and 35th league trophy for the Spanish giants.
The other contest is between number 3 and 4. Barcelona is in the 3rd position with 76 points, 2 ahead of Sevilla who hosts Alaves tomorrow.
Barcelona will be away at relegated Eibar today in quest to avoid dropping down to number 4.
