The seeds for the future: Harvey Vale and Two others

When Lampard left chelsea, many supporters were disappointed because the former blues head coach had done some legendary work. Lampard had made chelsea realized that their Academy can produce brilliant players.

The decision from the club to sack him looked a bit harsh, and it was easy to believe that the academy graduates will get minimal chances to impress. However, the appointment of Tuchel has even given sight to more youths.

Like he did at Dortmund with Pulisic and Ousmane Dembélé, Tuchel is also planting the seeds for the future at Stamford bridge. The German tactician has three talents, namely Harvey Vale, Webster, and Lewis Halloween lighting Chelsea U23.

Harvey Vale.

Vale is an exciting talent who has been training with the senior squad regularly of late. He is yet to make a debut in the Premier League but has made to the bench in some occasions. Tuchel seems to have faith and trust in him.

Charlie Webster

Webster is another star-in the making who has developed immensely under the watch of Thomas Tuchel. The academy graduate has started all the matches in the UEFA youth league this season. His development points to the influence of Tuchel and Mateo Kovacic and as a result of training with the senior squad.

Lewis Hall.

Hall, a defender by trade and has shown his prowess on the wing back position. Hall has been training with the elite group in some occasions, and he seems to be gaining experience. He has featured in cup matches and has shown Tuchel every reason to keep him.
