Patrick Bamford scored his 16th Premier League goal in Leeds United's 2-0 win over Southampton at the Saint Mary's Stadium on Tuesday.

Bamford converted home from a precise cross in the box, slowly placing the ball into the bottom right corner to hand the visitors a 73rd minute lead. A classic finish!

Ilkay Gundogan scored Manchester City's first goal in the start of the game that Pep Guardiola's side lost 3-2 to relegated Fulham. His goal tally is now at 13.

The race to top spot lies between Harry Kane and Mohamed Salah as the season enters the last match over the weekend. They tie on 22 with the Englishman having a better goal assists.
