Harambee stars players have been performing well for their respective clubs abroad so far. Most of the players ply their trade with top European leagues which is a positive for the country at large. Some of the players who performed well include Clarke Oduor and Richard Odada. Oduor played for his English side Barnsley FC against Birmingham city yesterday in a heavily contested affair. The two sides played to a 1.1 draw. Something that has interested Kenyans is that Clarke Oduor who plays as a left back managed to provide an assist for his side.
Another Kenyan midfielder Richard Odada featured for his side Metalac FC for the full 90 minutes where they lost 2.0 against Novi Pazar in the Serbian super league. Odada is currently contracted to Redstar Belgrade but on loan at Metalac FC.
Clarke Oduor looks set to force a call up to the national team if his recent performances are anything to go by. Despite being left out of the squad, Clarke might catch the eye of harambee stars coaches in the near future.
We wish both players success in their careers. For more news updates tap on the follow link on the top right corner.
