Kenyan representatives in this season's CAF Confederation Cup, Gor Mahia will be forced to change the venue for their first leg clash against Sudanese side Al Ahly Merowe.
The match will be played next week on Friday, 15th October in the second preliminary round of the continental tournament.
Gor Mahia were supposed to travel to Sudan for their away clash but the latest confirmation from the club indicated that the venue for the match had been moved to Egypt.
The club did not state any reason for the venue change but reports have it that it was influenced by lack of certified pitches in Sudan.
Gor Mahia secured their slot to the continental tournament after winning the 2021 Football Kenya Federation Cup against arch rivals AFC Leopards on post-match penalties.
K'Ogalo will still face another tough club after making it past Sudanese Al Ahly Merowe before hitting the group stages.
