Manchester United failed to deliver the results that every fan was hoping for after they suffered a late defeat in the hands of Aston villa at Old Trafford, this ends their premier league unbeaten run with 6 games played since the start of the 2021/22 premier league campaign.
The red devils played a good game as they controlled everything in the game from the passing, attempts to the ball possession but that was not enough to hand them the much needed 3 points on the day. Aston Villa scored the only goal of the day with a great headed goal from the center half Hause.
Drama was also witnessed in the dying stages of the game where Man United were awarded a penalty after Aston Villa Hause handled the ball in the penalty box, but unfortunately Man United trusted penalty taker Bruno Fernandes didn't convert the spot kick his effort went over the crossbar.
Like other Man United players and fans Cristiano Ronaldo has taken to his social account to share his view about the game and promised that the squad will bounce back even more stronger because this is just the start of the premier league and there is more to come.
