Chelsea experiencing an upward trajectory since the new era took off in early January.
The Blues boss gave a press conference ahead of the Champions League tie against La Liga leaders Atletico Madrid tonight which is one of the most important games of the season as he aims to win at least a silverware.
Thomas Tuchel has defended Chelsea duo Kai Havertz and Timo Werner after struggling to fit into life in London after big-money moves from the Germany summer.
The boss protected the German Internationals as he termed them as every manager's dream to have them in their team.
"They fit into any plans of any manager because they are strong talent and have strong potential, that's obvious. I think they made a brave decision to go abroad, to jump out of their comfort zone." He told BT Sport football.
Both players have tones of potential and talents and just needs to work hard and come out of their comfort zones and start proving their doubters wrong.
