Felesta Nyamathira Njoroge, currently is a student at Nairobi Technical Training Institute has fled the country after authorities found Sh102m in her bank account. Felesta said that the money was gifted to her by her Belgian boyfriend cum bit coin billionaire. The said money was deposited in cooperative bank account between 4th August and 6th August 2021.
In an affidavit the mzungu boyfriend said "That I hereby admit that the girl will be full and absolute legal owner of the gifted money and even though I hope that she builds financial security for herself and our future children, she will be free to use the said gifted amount as per her own will,” he swore
Apparently the Asset Regulatory Authority has moved to court seeking to freeze the money which is still in the cooperative bank account of Felesta.
New details have emerged that Felesta has already Fred the country. Former Nairobi governor has come to the defense of Felesta saying " let the girl enjoy her sweat ".
