Hezron Omwanga, the brother to Harrison Omwanga, the late recce squad officer who died after being attacked by unknown criminals who had crude weapons on Monday night has narrated last moments with him.
Hezron emotionally revealed that Harrison had gone to Nakuru from his workplace in Mombasa to attend his child's graduation.
Harrison, Hezron and their other brother Morara planned a meetup. However, Morara said that he would be done with work at 10PM. Harrison went to a local joint to watch a world cup match so as to pass time while waiting for Morara.
After Morara arrived, they chatted for 30 minutes before heading to Hezron's house which was just a walking distance from the club. They were sadly accosted by criminals who left them with serious injuries.
Sadly, Harrison died while receiving treatment at Nakuru Provincial General Hospital (PGH) where they were rushed to by police officers on patrol.
