Recently, cases of road accidents and recklessness has been on the rise on the Kenyan roads. It's sad to be hearing the accident news almost daily, not because of bad roads but cases of human error have been on the rise. Education has been offered to the motorists but it seems they don't hear.
Kenyans have been angered after photos of a motorcyclist carrying three cows bundled with three men at the back of a motorbike. The total being four men and three cows. From the motion pictures taken, the motorbike is seen to be speeding on the road. There are so many mistakes done;
1. Carrying four men at the back instead of one. All of them didn't have helmets and reflectors when on the bike. They're entitled to a fine for breaking the capacity carriage.
2. Bundling three cows at the back. Livestock is entitled to be transported by a spacious pickup for them to be comfortable when ferried.
3. They are endangering their lives and the lives of other road users. The boda boda is bound to loose control and cause a major accident on the road.
The photos are posted on the well renowned Facebook page similar road safety, where many people have gathered to condemn the bad actions of the biker. Indeed they're not considering the injuries they might cause but keeping in mind the money they said be getting.
Here are some of the comments. Kindly observe the rules and regulations while on the roads.
