Deputy president William Ruto today was touring Trans-Nzoia county where he launched some devolution projects. After opening healthcare in Nandi county yesterday, Ruto today was doing wonders in Kitale and surroundings.
HE. William Ruto was historically recieved by the residents of Trans-Nzoia county. A mammoth crowd was in attendance of the function. The crowd of uncontrollable such that Ruto had to intervene to settle the crowd.
'Nitaandika Noise makers hapo'- Ruto joked as he tried to settled the noisy crowd. A lot of people were shouting out hustler! hustler! As Ruto was giving his speech.
The deputy president has been attracting very large crowd when he tours any part of the region. A lot of people in this generation has been excited by the work of Ruto. This is the reason why Ruto attracts uncontrollable crowds.
