An eye witness said the two men were armed with sharp pangas wich they used to kill the man who was manning a bar within Lugulu Market.
They then went to Lugulu Primary School where they slashed a watchman manning the gate before moving to the staffroom and making away with two TV sets.
The school watchman was left nursing serious injuries and was rushed to Webuye Referral Hospital where he is receiving treatment.
The incidents that took place in two separate institutions within Lugulu Market, has left the residents living in fear and uncertainty. The area Chief told the media that he suspected a breach of information between the security themselves.
He called on the institutions within the area to get to the bottom of the matter, adding that it was not the first time they are witnessing such an incident.
"Their must be someone leaking the information within the securities themselves, especially those manning the school. The school and other institutions should carry out a serious investigation," the Chief said.
