Caroline Kangogo's Post-mortem which was set to be conducted last week Friday was postponed due to unavoidable circumstances. This dragged the burial since the family had planned burial on Saturday the following day.
Fortunately, the postponement of post-mortem that had raised more questions than answers is set to be conducted today at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital by the government's Chief Pathologist Johansen Oduor.
It is after the post-mortem that will set the precidence of the burial. The body of the police Constable has been today transferred from the Iten Hospital Mortuary and moved to the Moi Teaching and Referra Hospital Funeral Home waiting for the post-mortem in an hour- time the moment The Government pathologist arrives. He is set to arrive not more than half an hour.
The family members led by the late's brother Mark Kangogo said that they have not yet set another burial date since they don't want to be subjected to another psychological torture of postponing the burial. He said that a fresh date for burial will be set once the autopsy has been done and given the body for burial.
