The villagers of Kasarani Mwato in Elburgon Nakuru county are yet to come to terms with what they woke up to on Thursday morning. A one month old baby was found murdered and dumped beside the road.
The child whose identity or parents is yet to be known was hacked as the body and the head found was detached. According to Dickens FM , the police are trying to piece up information from the public to bring the culprits to book.
The baby was found by students going to school early in the morning, they said that wild dogs had surrounded the scene. The first batch watched and passed but as they sun rose it was established that the mongrels surrounded a baby.
Alarm was raised and Elburgon police station officers were called, they took pictures of the scene made a report before taking the body to Nakuru hospital for post mortem and further investigation.
