Ruto has today morning stormed one of Kivutha Kibwana’s towns with his entourage receiving huge backing from the resident of the region. From the clips shared online by the deputy president, thousands turned up on Tuesday morning to get to listen to the deputy president who is visiting the region after a successful meeting with the leaders from the region.
Ruto’s motorcade was blocked by hundreds of residents who demanded to be addressed by him. he obliged and spoke of his plan for the region which has for long been under the influence of Wiper and the party leader Kalonzo Musyoka.
In his speech, Ruto has claimed that the time for change is now and that the region should be ready to embrace the change that the country is currently experiencing. He was in the company of several leaders from the region who played host to him and promised to support his bid.
