A man by the name Mark Ambeyi Mutongoi has been charged at a Nairobi court for secretly recording Margret Wangari while she was in washroom.The incident happened when Margret Stopped in Rubis pertol station to fill her tank along Ojiji Road at 10p.m.She then decided to refresh herself in the washrooms where Mark decided to follow her and placed his cellphone next to the window where he recorded her but luckily enough the incidence was captured by the CCTV camera.
It took CCTV footage from the petrol station to unearth what the accused had done unnoticed.When Wangari was informed of what had transpired,she recorded a statement at Parklands police station after which charges were initiated against Ambeyi.
Statements from the staff members were also taken and used as testimonies in the case.Voyeurism is defined as an interest in observing unsuspecting people when they undress,are naked or engage in sexual activities.Please share and comment.
