The family of the late billionaire Tob Cohen has accused the director of public prosecution of conducting selective prosecution over his murder.
John Gachomo,a senior police officer based at the directorate of criminal I department on Kiambu road, has alleged that a court of appeal judge was involved in the planning, execution and cover-up of Tob Cohen’s murder.
Involvement of Judge Sankale Ole Kantai in the murder of businessman Tob Cohen is chilling evidence that senior people in the judiciary are often accomplices in serious crimes and it is even more worrying how far the same system of government is likely and willing to do to protect them.
The new revelation on the murder of Tob Cohen is just the beginning of a process that was about to disappear completely. The late body was found inside a ceptic tank in his compound by detectives after a number of days when he was reported to have disappeared.
