"Tafadhali Tulieni" DP Ruto Begs Mt Kenya Residents to Clam Down After Heckling Hit His Rally

Deputy President William Ruto's rally in Kirinyaga County witnessed unexpected heckling as locals conveyed to him a clear message ahead of 2022.

The second in command was seen trying to beg the audience to stop heckling but his efforts to calm them down were futile.

In the viral video making rounds on social media, Kirinyaga County Woman Rep Wangui Ngerici had been welcomed on stage by the DP to give her speech, only for the locals to start heckling her

They heckled, jeered as others tried to shout her down when she picked the microphone to speak.

"Harambee... UDA, Harambee..." Ngerici was heard trying to catch the crowd's attention but her calls were all ignored.

She went on and gave her short speech because of the unwelcoming response she was getting

DP Ruto who had ushered her on stage was head calming the situation down
