Drama happened in Nakuru county after a middle-aged aged man allegedly threw stones into a police station and injured a police officer.
The incident occurred at a police station in Solai after a drunk man attacked a police officer who was headed back to the station after a lunch break.
Eliud Misiko sustained a serious injury on his shoulder after the suspect attacked him with a projectile.
After the attack, Misiko alerted his colleagues who arrested the man. Reports indicate that the man, Dennis Kibet, appeared not bothered at all by his actions.
Upon interrogation, Kibet told the police that he was just a curious man who wanted to have a feeling of how hurling stones at a police station feels like.
This prompted the officers to frisk the suspect. They were amazed to discover 10 rolls of bhang inside his pocket.
The suspect is currently in police cell and is expected to be arraigned in court to face charges of assaulting the officer and being in possession of narcotic drugs.
