The year 2021 has been a year of equal blessings and troubles. As a country, we have gone through ups and down but the grace of God has seen us through. Remarkable events have taken place this year and I wish to remind you of some.

It will go down in history that the Court of Appeal blocked a government-backed plan to make fundamental changes to the country's constitution. Such a ruling has never been witnessed before and it indicated the independence o the Judiciary.
The cold murder of Caroline Kangogo
You probably have heard of the name Caroline Kangogo. The late Kangogo shock the headlines after it was reported that she had killed two people and when their search for her began, she was nowhere to be found. She was later found dead.
Kenyan Sprinter Ferdinand Omanyala broke a record
It is this year that Ferdinand Omanyala made a record of being the fastest man in Africa. This is after running for 9.76 seconds in a 100meterss race that took place in Kenya(Kipkeino Classics)
The death of approximately 20 people at River Enziu, Kitui County.
At least 20 members of the Mwingi Catholic Church choir died after the bus they were traveling in plunged into the Enziu River in Kitui. The death of these beings left the country wrecked and cold. May their souls continue resting in peace.
