
Residents of Kipraisi village, Konoin Constituency in Boment County were today morning treated to a bizarre incident where a middle-aged man was caught pants down while exercising witchcraft in the area.
Eyewitness account has it that the primary teacher at a local academy school was caught in the wee-hours of today morning by villagers while in full flight making laps across the village.
It has not yet been established if the man is really a night runner, as preliminary reports from some sources suggested he may be suffering from a mental illness.
Photos of the man are currently trending on various social media platforms.
What has stood out among the fact that the energetic man was christened a night runner, was his choice of attire.
Photos shared online showcases curious villagers milling around the suspected village night runner who is dressed in female clothes despite being a man.
What has even shocked many is the fact that he wore everything female including underwear.
